We had been trying for over a year but were unable to secure a local contractor for our project. We turned to an online search and found the All Around Roofing & Construction website. We were impressed with the professional look and content of the site. We contacted them and made arrangements for a visit to evaluate the project. This happened within a couple weeks of our initial call. We were impressed. A thorough inspection, revealed that we had significant wind damage to the singles of our home and they suggested we file a claim with our insurance provider. “All Around” also made arrangements to be present during the adjuster’s inspection. Their extra effort on our behalf resulted in an unexpected settlement. We were impressed. “All Around” bid our project very reasonably, so we contracted with them for July-August 2025. Our original plan was for residing and re-roofing our home. However, there were some unknowns that would not become apparent until the deconstruction started. Throughout the project “All Around” was open to discussion, negotiation, and adjustment of additional costs. We were impressed. Ultimately, we ended up redesigning the entire exterior of our home with new brick facia on the front foundation and new siding and trim all around. We completely rebuilt the roof with new insulation, sheeting and shingles. “All Around” was also able to raise the roof creating an air space which allowed for proper ventilation and an elimination of the condensation problems we had been having. “All Around” installed all new roof facia, gutters with screens and a duel down spout system which allows proper drainage while enabling us to capture water for flowers and trees. Again, we were impressed. Our fifty year old home now looks brand new. The curb appeal and value has increased significantly and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Of course, no construction project occurs without unexpected problems. Our’s was no exception. However, when problems arose, they were discussed, addressed and resolved in a professional manner. My wife and I were initially uncomfortable with the thought of hiring someone unknown but, “All Around” made us feel like we were among friends. That quality in particular impressed me! Would I recommend All Around Roofing & Construction? Of course I would! Although Jared and company had only been in business for a year, they were enthusiastic and hardworking. Their skills and abilities will only continue to grow and develop with years of experience. I wish them all the best in their future.
